The small but powerful Stanley London® brass Pocket Telescope is 7/8-inch (22 mm) in diameter
and 5 5/8 inches (14 cm) long when collapsed.
The telescope is made from solid brass and has a special clear coating that never
requires polishing and will not tarnish.
The 12-power Pocket Telescope has two pipes and measures 9 1/2 inches (24 cm) when extended, and weighs 3.4 ounces (96 grams).
The optics are high quality multi-coated glass that produce an erect (upright) image through its 17 mm diameter
objective lens and large 8 mm diameter eyepiece.
The telescope is marked "Stanley London" near the eyepiece.
The Pocket Telescope comes complete with a Premium Hardwood Case.
The hardwood case is made from solid hardwood with a felt lining, has hidden brass hinges and a smooth hand rubbed finish.
The hardwood case measures 2 1/4 inches (5.7 cm) by 1 13/16 inches (4.5 cm), 7 11/16 inches (19.5 cm) long, and weighs 8.5 ounces (241 grams).
Custom engraving is available either near the eyepiece or on the outer tube.
Due to the large width of the engravable area, we suggest engraving full names rather than monograms or initials.
We can also engrave two lines of text, with a maximum of 5 - 6 words per line on the main tube of the telescope.
Custom solid brass plaques are available for the top of the box or the inside lid.
