Made from corrosion-resistant solid brass, our Survival Button Compasses have reliable air-damped needles that operate in the most extreme situations and out-perform plastic, liquid-damped compasses that fail at low temperatures and are prone to air bubbles affecting the compass card/needle.
These miniature brass button compasses are an excellent addition to your survival kit, can be mounted into a weapon butt, or even sewn into your clothing or watchstrap.
Our Small Military Special Forces Survival Button Compass measures just 7/16 inch (11 mm) in diameter, 3/16 inch (4.8 mm) thick, and weighs only 0.032 ounces (0.91 grams).
Our Large Military Special Forces Survival Button Compass measures 5/8 inch (15.88 mm) in diameter, is 3/16 inch (4.8 mm) thick, weighs 0.068 ounces (1.93 grams) and can even be custom engraved with initials or a date on the bottom.
Sorry, the smaller brass button compass cannot be engraved.
