Qibla Liquid Damped Compass Finds the Direction of Mecca
Only $7
The Qibla Compass determines the direction of the Qiblah (Ka'bah in Mecca).
This Qibla Compass is widely used by Muslims in the Islamic religion to determine the
precise direction of Mecca for prayer five times each day.
The Qibla Compass is perfect for traveling and measures 4 1/8 inches (10.5 cm) in diameter
and only 7/16 inches (10.8 mm) thick, and weighs only 1.1 ounces (31 grams).
The Qibla Compass has both the standard 0 - 360 degree scale, as well as the 0 - 400 scale
used in conjunction with a table of major cities for determination of the Qiblah.
The Qibla Compass includes an instruction booklet that has a list of cities
and the Qibla code associated with each city in the range of 0 to 400.
Because of changes in the earth's magnetic variation, the numbers change about every 10 years.
We maintain an updated list of the Qibla Compass Numbers for 1200 cities worldwide.
To use the Qibla Compass to determine the direction of Mecca, first look up the Qibla code for your location.
Then rotate the compass until the red North end of the compass needle points to the number of your location.
The Minaret pointer (located at 0) on the Qibla Compass then points in the direction of Mecca.
The Qibla Liquid Damped Compass and 32-page instruction booklet sells for only $7.00.
An optional large black velvet draw string bag is available for an additional $2.50.
We also offer a smaller Qibla compass and a Qibla pocket compass.

Small Qibla Liquid Damped Compass Finds the Direction of Mecca
Only $4.25
The Small Islamic Qibla Liquid Damped Compass is able to determine the direction of Qiblah, (or Ka’bah) in Mecca.
The liquid damped compass has a compass card that moves quickly and easily around the 0-400 scale.
The scale features black and gold accents and the compass face is black as well.
The compass is extremely light, weighing just .32 ounces (9 grams), and is hardly noticeable when placed in a pocket or purse.
In order to use the Qibla Compass to find the Qiblah, you must have a table of major cities with their Qibla codes to refer to
(included), in addition to the compass scale.
The Qibla Compass is accompanied by directions on how to use this compass and a
list of major cities worldwide with a Qibla code in the range of 0 to 390 located next to each city.
Perfect for traveling, this compass measures 1.9 inches (48 mm) in diameter, and 0.55 inches (14 mm) thick.
To determine the direction of Mecca using the Qibla Compass, you must first look up the number for your present location.
Then rotate the compass so the red North end of the compass needle points to the number of your location.
Mecca is found by looking at the direction in which the Minaret pointer (located at 0) on the Qibla Compass is pointing.
Every few decades the numbers for the cities change, due to the changes in the earth's magnetic variation.
We maintain an updated list of the Qibla Compass Numbers for 1200 cities worldwide and include
an abbreviated copy of this list with this Qibla Compass.
The Small Qibla Liquid Damped Compass complete with an abbreviated worldwide city list and Qibla codes, is offered for just $4.25.
For easy and safe storage while traveling, a red or black velvet draw string bag is available for an additional $1.50.
We also offer a larger Qibla compass, a Qibla pocket compass and Small Aluminum Project Compases.
