Our Nautical Anchor Pendant is a beautifully crafted classic fouled anchor design, with a small ball on the right fluke, to designate a precious pearl.
The fouled anchor is a Naval symbol of an anchor with a chain wrapped around it or "fouled."
The fouled anchor has long been the symbol of the Lord High Admiral of Great Britain, the United States Navy, and the Chief Petty Officer.
The shank and stock of this design form the Christian Cross.
The Nautical Anchor Pendant has a beautiful highly-polished Rhodium finish.
Rhodium belongs to the Platinum group of metals, and is very expensive.
Rhodium has outstanding chemical inertness and will not tarnish as silver will.
