The Porthole Weather Center features a high quality brass clock, barometer, and comfortmeter (thermometer/hygrometer) with porthole front-opening bezels and beveled glass
mounted in a handsome solid mahogany presentation plaque.
The clock features a German precision quartz clock movement and uses an "N" battery, which is included.
The barometer features a highly reliable German fully adjustable aneroid barometer movement with both inch and millibar scales.
The barometer movement is calibrated for altitudes up to 3500 feet (1067 meters) above sea level.
All polished brass surfaces are clear coated to eliminate tarnishing and the need for polishing.
The Porthole Weather Center is backed by Weems and Plath's lifetime limited warranty.
A brass plaque can be mounted below the three instruments and can be custom engraved with 30 words on a maximum of 2 lines.
